Do you work with businesses across the UK?
Yes. We work remotely with small businesses anywhere in the UK. Every stage, from the first conversation to reviewing your private preview, can happen online.
Will my site work on phones and be accessible?
Yes. Every site is designed mobile-first and tested across current screen sizes. We also build for readable contrast, keyboard navigation and screen-reader support.
Will my website show up on Google and in AI assistants?
Every package from Launch Plus upwards includes SEO and AI-search foundations: clear titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and fast, accessible pages that search engines and assistants can read. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, but the right foundations give your site the best chance of being found.
Who will I work with?
You work directly with Ben Summers, the person designing and building your website, from the first conversation to launch day. There are no account managers and no hand-offs.
Can you help with the content?
Yes. We plan the page structure with you and can refine or write the content as an optional enhancement, so the words and design work together rather than being treated as separate jobs.
Can I review everything before launch?
Yes. You receive a private preview, can give feedback through the agreed revision rounds, and nothing goes live until you have approved it.
